切粒機操作說明

Operating Description for Dicing Cutter

本機為彈性體切粒專用機，操作時請注意以下幾點：

This dicing cutter is specialized in cutting elastomers. When operating this machine, please not the items below.

（1）刀具、膠輪屬易損件，不在保修范圍。
     The tools and rubber wheels are vulnerable parts which are excluded by the warranty scope.

（2）切粒范圍20A-70A,超過70A，建議更換硬膠專用刀具，或使用我司生產(chǎn)的硬膠切粒機。
The cutting range is within 20A-70A. In case it is over 70A, it is suggested to replace the tools with special tools for hard rubber, or use the hard rubber dicing cutter by our company.

（3）開機前，請清理干凈機頭部位所有可移動雜物。
Please remove and clear any removable clutter around the head of the machine.

（4）開啟電源。（電源指示燈亮）
Power on the machine. (The power indicator is on)

（5）開啟馬達按鈕。

   Switch on the motor.

（6）轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)速旋鈕，使馬達緩速轉(zhuǎn)動，仔細傾聽檢查是否有金屬擦碰聲音，若有異常聲音，請立即停機，檢查滾刀與定刀間隙，調(diào)整至適當距離。若無異常聲音，請緩慢加速至200~300轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘，空轉(zhuǎn)2~5分鐘。
Slow down the motor by turning the speed control knob. Listen carefully if there is any shriek of metal. If there is any abnormal sound, please stop the machine immediately and check the gap between the moving blade and fixed blade. Adjust this gap into a proper one. If there is no abnormal sound, please slow down the speed to 200-300 turns/min, and leave the machine idling for 2-5 minutes.

（7）送料時，請?zhí)饓毫U，待膠條完全進入送料輪之后，再輕輕放下，謹防膠條進入定刀與牙輪之間的縫隙，生產(chǎn)20A-35A的膠粒時，建議取下加力錘。
Lift the pressure bar when feeding materials, and put it down gently when the rubber bar is completely fed into the feeding wheel. Be careful to prevent the rubber bar from entering into the gap between the fixed blade and the cone bit. It is suggested to take off the power enhancer when producing rubber particles of 20A-35A.

（8）待膠條完全進入后再慢慢加速，傾聽切粒過程是否有異響，若有異常響動，請立即停機檢查，嚴禁膠條進入定刀與牙輪之間的縫隙。

Gradually slow down when the rubber bar is completely entered. Listen carefully to see if there is any abnormal sound. If so, please stop the machine and check immediately. The rubber bar is prohibited to be entered into the gap between the fixed blade and the cone bit.

（9）停機時，請先將調(diào)速表歸零，再按停止按鈕，關(guān)閉電源，清潔機器，以便您下次使用。
To stop the machine, please set the speed controller into Zero before pressing the Stop button. Switch off the power and clean the machine for future use.
